For permitted scope — structural, electrical, plumbing, or full renovations — we coordinate with licensed general contractor partners who pull the permit and oversee that portion of the work.
02. Do you offer trade or volume pricing?
Yes. Investors and contractors working on multiple units or an ongoing pipeline get trade pricing. Send us your scope and timeline for a quote.
